Lauren and Aaron’s Happily Ever After 6~3~22

How and or where did you meet?
We both met for a brief moment after my college dance class while he was touring with a graduating theatre major. He never forgot me though and nearly six months later we met again while cast as an ex-couple for a short play. Many times, he would offer to pick me up or hang out before rehearsals, and the rest is history!

How did you get proposed to?
After Aaron spent nearly six months at basic training for the Air Force, he finally came home after long hours of wondering if his flights would be delayed. The very next day, we had gone to the Top of the Rock and had a lovely time driving around in the golf carts. We pulled over at the side and he just wanted to share a moment together. Because of how busy I thought he would be back home, I thought “there’s no way he will propose. He has more important things to do.” To my surprise, he started to reach into his pocket telling me I’m his Disney Princess and it’s time he makes me his queen. The look on my face was so big and wide-eyed. Of course, I said yes and have been so happy ever since!

What was your favorite memory from your wedding day?
My favorite moment was after the ceremony. It was the best feeling to walk out of the chapel and just hug each other as tight as we can knowing we are now one.

What vendors did you use at your wedding?
For wedding photography, we used Shalyn O’Neal. She is @shalynonealphotography

What was your experience like at Normans Bridal?
My experience was incredible! Kyla was so helpful with listening to what I was looking for and giving me so many options and add ons to eventually make me feel like an absolute princess on my wedding day!
