How and or where did you meet?
We met almost 4 years ago. We both had been divorced before and were single parents. His son and my son were on their first basketball team together. We ended up doing some play dates for the boys to hang out and we hit it off too! The rest is history!

How did you get proposed to?
One of our favorite activities to do as a family is go to the Springfield Cardinals baseball games. He proposed to me during one of the games that we went to last summer. Although, he didnโ€™t really ask me. He got on one knee and told me how much he loves me and then handed me the ring. He said his words went out of his mind! I of course said yes!

What was your favorite memory from your wedding day?
My favorite memory was waiting to come down to the ceremony to walk down the aisle. I was alone in the room and was going over my vows that I prepared. I was overcame with emotion just feeling so blessed and thankful to get to spend the rest of my life with the most amazing man that also has stepped up to be the dad to my 2 boys and bring me another son. The next amazing highlight was walking down the aisle and him seeing me for the first time in my beautiful dress. Overall, the ceremony was my favorite part of the whole wedding!

What was your experience like at Normans Bridal?
My experience with Normanโ€™s was amazing. My salesperson, Emily, was beyond amazing. She was tentative to what I was looking for, sticking within my budget, and was very patient. She thought of dresses as I told her what I wanted/looking for and was very knowledgeable on what was available. My family/friends that came with me had a great experience as well. We will definitely recommend Normanโ€™s to everyone I know!
