How and or where did you meet?
We had mutual friends that tried to get us together. Unfortunately, when we first met we had our differences. We ran into each other later that year and got each others numbers. We still did not talk after that. In the following year, we started working at the same place and realized that maybe we should give it a try. Everything has been history since then.
How did you get proposed to?
After coming home from a cow sale, I walked in through the door and he acted like he was going to throw a bug on me. When he went to “toss” the bug on me, I flinched and closed my eyes. When I opened them, he had an open box with a ring on it and asked me to marry him.
What was your favorite memory from your wedding day?
A prayer before the ceremony. My husband had to keep his eyes closed the whole time and I loved the tension it created before I walked down the aisle.
