My husband (Nathan) and I met in 2011 through mutual friends. On New Years Day 2012 he wrote in ketchup on a plate “will you be my girlfriend?” (The plate had a cookie on it so we all know I wasn’t about to turn that down). We have been together now for 6 years and are excited about the rest of our happily ever after.
