How and or where did you meet?
We met at the Newton County fairgrounds when we were both in other relationships.
How did you get proposed to?
It was February 28th and I woke up to coffee and a note that said Ava (my little sister) would be over in a little while. I got up, showered, and started my hair. Ava showed up and handed me a handwritten note from Brantley. I got 6 of them throughout the day and they were all full of love and hints about where it would be happening. It wasn't a surprise, but it was the absolute sweetest place. When I finished getting dressed and doing my hair and make-up, Ava and I got in her car and I was blindfolded for a little while, even though I knew where we were going. We pulled down a gravel road, and then parked right in front of my dad's house. Brantley came out of nowhere and opened the car door for me, helped me out and we started walking into the field and then down a path that my dad and I used to walk all the time when I was a little girl. We came out to the clearing overlooking the creek that runs on dad's property and there was a little set up of wooden lanterns and flowers there. We walked over in between them, and he grabbed my hands, and said some sweet personal things, and then he got on one knee and asked. I said yes of course and when I looked around, I saw his best friend, his best friend's little sister (with my camera to capture the moment), Ava, and my dad. It was absolutely perfect.
What was your favorite memory from your wedding day?
My favorite memory was when Brantley and I had our first touch and personal vow reading. He went first and he got teared up so I got teared up and we were both crying by the end. I wanted so badly to come around the corner to hug him, but I also wanted the ceremony to be the first time he saw me in my dress... which was worth it!

It was so nice! Katie (the blonde who was expecting a baby last December) was so sweet and helpful and made me feel like a princess while trying dresses on!
